large alcoves for reading and writing. Soft blue-green walls set off brilliant murals.
Comfortable modern chairs and sofas are upholstered in textured and attractively designed
fabrics. Gay colored curtains give a homelike look. Thick rugs are soft underfoot. The
central area converts to a dance floor for nightly dancing to a Meyer Davis orchestra.
